This is a real sweet little storage unit - quick, spacious, light, compact, silent, reliable.

At 53x71x9mm and 30gm, it’s about 25% of a standard 2.5” portable HDD. They use some 3D Vertical NAND Technology which stacks 32 cells on top of each other in a manner not dissimilar to voodoo magic.

Default setting includes a safe partition alongside an open partition, comfortably allowing both ease of use & secure privacy. There’s also the option of full disk encryption too. I use mine as a multi-boot rescue tool, which paid itself off in no time.

Comparative performance is as you’d expect:
Samsung T1 read/write speed: 462.8MB/s and 441MB/S
Seagate read/write speed: 112.3MB/s and 113.1MB/s

This thing cost me around $500 & it’s been well worth the price. It’s in immaculate, as new condition with no scratches or noticeable wear & tear. The replacement new model is $300, so I reckon $130 including courier is about right.
