I'm looking to build an HTPC.

At the moment I have a MB, CPU, RAM, OS, SSD, Keyboard and Mouse. 

Specifically I'm looking for a Bluray drive, "quiet" PSU and a wifi card (USB or PCI) with decent performance. And also a GPU, I'd like to be able to game on this PC at 1080P at High FPS so I think a 1060 or better would be sufficient.
