Hey all
Was looking last night at the online usage meter on Snap to see what I had used so far in the month (to see if I was downloading too much of was on track). I was suprised to see when I drilled down into the daily usage that I had used about 300kb on Sunday 8/1 and nothing on Monday 9/1.

Did Snap have a glitch and did it affect everyone or just me?
And more importantly will the usage catch up

Affected me too, but I wasn't going to mention it since my wife watched some TVNZ on demand on the 8th and I watched some other videos on the 9th, and we are getting close to our cap.

it happens most months , you seem to get 2 days where nothing counts, i have told Snap but it keeps happening so i now treat it as a free data present , but then i have data over at the end of the month so not that much of a present.

Common sense is not as common as you think.

First time I have ever seen it..
Fingers crossed that mentioning it on here wont suddenly see my account spike.

i have looked back through the last 5 months and every month there have been 2 days where the usage has been 0, so it pays to check your usage every day ,

Update to this, the usage never did catch up and as I neared my new billing period on the 6th I had to find extra things to download so that I did use all my cap as per the website.

I did notice however that when you log into your area of snap! to check on your usage it would say something like 33.12GB (94.69%), but when you drilled down into the daily usage, the amount under the graph would always be larger.

What value do I follow?

The daily total shows all data even data which is in your addons such as free youtube, whereas the graph shows it split between your addons

Some pictures may help explain

Log in and get this screen

Click on 'Snap Advanced Plan - No Phone' and get this

At this stage both are reading the same about of GB used
But drill down further and you get the page with the graph

and suddently I have used more than the previous two pages.
So, which one is correct?

-- I also don't have any add-ons active as I have an older plan.

Happening again this month
For the last week I have managed to use less than 100MB per day on my plan even though I have been downloading significantly more than that (upwards of 5GB a day in order to test the issue)

with 3 days of my cap left, I have only used 34% of my allowance and I am wondering what I can download in order to fully use it.
