Our guys found a problem on a specific piece of network gear that was causing limited upload speeds for some users. It was fixed on Saturday night. Everybody getting 20ish mbps up now?

Sorry about all this man, you've been super patient but the light at the end of the tunnel draws near. With the new Chorus plans (100/20 being one of them) there was a change in the way they marked traffic. For the most part this made no difference but it has caused some trouble for our kit in a couple of our handovers (Palmy being one). Now that all that's been figured out we're going about upgrading our gear and Palmy is slated for this on the 20th so all things going the way they should you'll be getting the right speed by Tuesday next week.
