Got this reply from Slingshot when i messaged them

"We're working on getting it out sometime this month but haven't got a date confirmed yet. As soon as we know for sure I'll be putting something up on the page so watch this space "

Hi guys, this is taking more resource and work than we expected (Murphy’s law). We are working with Chorus to make this happen, but unfortunately don’t have an ETA at the moment.
Sorry guys – really wanted to get you cranking on 100Mbps from yesterday.
I'll update you as I know more.

Hi guys,
Again, sorry for the delay. The new UFB plans are being worked on as we speak.
They dropped behind the work on some new naked ADSL plans and naked VDSL which will launch today I am told.
Both the Naked ADSL and VDSL plans won't be of much interest to you UFB folks, but are very well priced, and should appeal to many Geekzoners.
Cheers,

Do you have an update on this Quentin? I see my account has been changed to 100mbit but no speed change, i also have been charged $129 for the 100mbit service on the 19th as well as getting charged for the 30mbit on the 14th! Having a mare of a time trying to figure out why i have been charged and get this reversed, the CS person at slingshot im corresponding with doesn't seem to know about this free upgrade so I have pointed them to this thread and suggested they speak with you. Some training on this upgrade maybe beneficial :).

Hi Garvani,
Can you please PM me some acct details and we'll sort that.
We are still working on the new plans - launching the new naked plans took longer than expected sorry.
Watch this space for an ETA.
Cheers,

Wait, do Slingshot customers get a free upgrade to 100Mbit?  Or is that just Existing Fibre customers?  I have my install happening on the 1st of August, and was only planning on going with the 30Mbit plan.

Not entirely sure, the offer said if you were a customer before July 1st so i had it installed a week before then :D. Im not sure if they are sticking with that or if everyone on 30/10 gets a magical upgrade.

It will be interesting to see since we were just connected last week after signing up in May.

Hi guys,
I have a plan to get you upgraded before we can automate all customers.
If you can PM me with your usernames, we'll manually process these Monday and Tuesday next week. You'll have a short outage while you are upgraded (a few minutes), so expect that.
Cheers guys, and sorry for the delay in getting you firing along at 100Mbps...
