I am using an Android device on 2degrees right now and noticed it is getting native IPv6.

Nope, cancel that. I am now inclined to believe it's Opera Mobile proxy. Turn off  Opera Turbo and it's always IPv4. Using stock browser I always get an IPv4 address.

Opera Mobile with Opera Turbo on seems to give me an IPv4 address when doing POST and an IPv6 address when doing GET.



Sorry folks, I think it's a false alarm.
