Hi,

I have just recently moved to SNAP. Now that the connection is working I wanted to transfer my domain. However I called your service desk and was notified that you don't offer IMAP you only do POP.

I have a iPhone and laptop and desktop and I travel a lot so if my phone is out of battery etc I can get on webmail & having my emails synced it important.

I have this with Orcon at the moment. I wanted to bring it across so I just pay 1 bill for my internet / email services.

Is there any plan for this is the future?

The reply the CSR gave me was that you prefer POP over IMAP, which in this day and age with so much technology I would have thought people would push IMAP then POP. So much devices out there syncing is key. I guess you do save on server space etc if you POP it down but lacks functionality IMHO.

Yeah I had a epiphany & decided to leave the domain with Orcon.

As the saying goes if its not broke don't fix it!

Its only $3.50 a month I'm paying so I will just throw in $50 and forget about it for a year or something not worth the hassle to move and setup / change all the settings in the devices.

Thanks for responses :)
