Been like this for almost 12 hours now, Rung up support and they told me to "wait it out"

Am I the only1 getting this?

Hi guys,

Chorus have confirmed that they replaced some equipment in the Auckland region that has resolved this issue. I've been in touch with most of the accounts reported to me, but if you are still having issues, please get in touch with us (either via phone, email or here on Geekzone) so we can investigate further.
