So just got our UFB connected, took forever but thats another story. Was really excited for my 10 up 30 down connection but this is all I get...

 



We're in CHCH and Orcon is saying there are issues in some areas, but Chorus is dealing with them. We get fibre from Enable. Does anyone have any clue as to what might be happening?

So turns out its the Genuis router, well, the wireless part of it. perfect 30/10 with a wired connection. IS it possible to use another router instead of the genius? we have no desire for a landline
