Something is seriously wrong here, congestion is pretty bad here but today it's been worse than ever, we've gone from an average 500kB/s down to an average of 140kB/s during the evening peak since July last year to now... Today is been terrible, I've called my ISP and lodged a ticket but wondering if anyone else is having issues...
