Ive recently got fibre install and ive recieved my genius white modem from orcon. after getting the go ahead from ocron that my account was ready i hooked it up to my ONT to there modem annd...no joy. WAN light is solid  but for some reason the DSL light is blinking and no internet light.

Ive rang and they  said that ive been elevated to getting this dealt with a technician and to expect a call within 48-72 hours so in the meantime i was wondering if you lovely people could give me an idea what the problem is?
