Hi

Since last night every now and then some webpages will not load and just give me a DNS resolver issue. So far this only happens on google.co.nz, but it can be fixed by flushing my DNS. Is anyone else having this issue?

Thanks

Please factory reset your unit and lets troubleshoot from there.

With the issues of a strange device being configured for voip and the confusion that caused this is pretty much the first step you will need to take to make sure your router is configured as we expect.

Also, if you need to, please be frank on when this issue started and what if any other steps/config/devices you have tried before reporting it.

If you still have issues after the factory reset please go to our website, log a ticket through the support page, then post or PM me the ticket number you will automatically receive.

Regards FireEngine
