Hi Everyone! I've found this forum online while desperately trying to find a solution for my troubles :(

After 20 days of waiting to be set up a connection with Orcon, I finally got the text that I am already connected! Woo!

But, as it turns out I still can't connect. I've talked to maybe 10 CS representatives in Manila who told me to do different things, from factory resetting (which I already did before I called them), editing the username & password in modem interface,  with some CS telling me to put my orcon password, and some telling me it doesn't matter what password I put, and another one telling me I don't have to set it up because it's pre-configured!

My DSL light is on and solid however the Internet light is OFF. I told them the information about my connection somehow failing to authenticate, but I am not sure that info is important to them.

I even asked a rep if they've had a similar case before that they could probably look into a fix for but she said, no! hahaha!

Did anyone else had this problem as a new customer? I was given a white N4FV modem.

This service and device is now showing up, Flamebeard is checking with the OP later today to confirm OP sees same. Looks like the automated setup might have just taken a bit longer...
