Hi, this might be a long shot. Im doing some work for a client who uses a Cisco VPN.

The VPN works fine in the office and over WiFi using a 3G mobile hotspot. So my laptop is fine AFAIK.

However if I try to connect using my home WiFi connection it doesnt work (gives a 412 error).

I've tried turning off my windows firewall but that doesnt make any difference so I suspect its the Genius router (White one).

Does anyone know what I need to do to the router to allow the Cisco traffic? I believe its UDP 500 and TCP 10000.

Im at a loss, any ideas?

Im on Orcon UFB BTW.
