Hi all

When we receive calls on the system, for a while now we have had issues at home with people ringing us not being able to hear us. We can hear them fine, and if we ring them back it works perfectly. Any ideas?

Was attempting to set up the sip settings on my mobile phone but it does not seem to want to register, I got the password from doing what one of the forums stated on here.

I presume the authuser or username on my android HTC mobile is my phone number with no 0,
and that the server is voip.orcon.net.nz

It comes up account registration failed

I have tried disconnecting the NF4V router from the phone connection while trying on my phone. This is using wifi in the house but not directly from the NF4V.
