I'm currently on ADSL with 2 degrees.

I see now that both Chorus and 2 degrees are saying VDSL is available (it wasn't available when I signed up in February - suspect I'm on one of the fringe addresses now available).

Anyone know if this will require me to sign a new contract just to switch to VDSL?

Hey Tchart,

You can jump in to the broadband side of Your 2degrees and request a change plan in there. No need to resign, as our contracts are for services in general, and are independent of connection type (meaning you are free to upgrade the connection as VDSL or UFB comes available, or change between the 80GB and Unlimited data plans).

The main exception would be if you were looking to take advantage of our current promotion, which is on a 24 month term and may incur termination fees if you are currently under contract.

Thanks,

Ralph ^JOB
