Hi all

As title said I have a business UFB account with 2Degrees, and would like to moving into new premises.

Last lessee did not have UFB installed, even though it's available to do so.

We already have the key to new premises but as we still waiting equipment to be arrived from oversea, the actual date of move not yet set, but before that I would like to get UFB installed.

To minimise the down time, we have all phones and EFPOSE machine all running off UFB atm.

I would like to ask if there is a procedure we need to follow and the end goal here is to minimise the down time because it's a business.

Thanks guys.

this is how i would do it in this scenario, its a business so i dont really care about a couple hundred dollars in etc fees, the goal is to make sure there is working internet which is

critical to all my customers

since no existing UFB install at new business.

order the fastest available xDSL connection at new address NOW (i usually do this on a completely separate account number).  once installed/up and running, put in a upgrade order to it Upgrade to Fibre,

this can take anywhere from 1-16 months

then you have a working xDSL internet connection while your waiting for UFB to be installed.

^ this. First thing I did with my last move was order DSL. Once I was in and up and running, I ordered fibre. That way I had a continuous connection.
