Hey guys,

 

Anyone else having issues accessing some Akamai cached sites?  eg;

 

- Steam - via the app or store.steampowered.com?
- Microsoft Support - support.microsoft.com

 

Doesn't seem to work for me on my 2D fibre connection, but does via Skinny Mobile Data.

Will try to call it in again later tonight. 40mins on hold with looping music is about to drive me nuts lol.

The team has performed some further investigation and extensive testing, we believe we have now identified and resolved this issue with the Akamai caching network - All Auckland caches are now back in the network and serving up content. Please let me know if you experience any further issues.
