I'm about to move from Orcon to 2degrees and as part of the agreement, I have to return all the hardware.

The question is, does this include all the Ethernet cables or will they charge a fee for them not being returned?

Asking as there is an Ethernet cable from the ONT to the Orcon modem and I'm not sure if that's from Chorus of from Orcon. (It's a flat white cable)

Hi there, yes, Orcon-supplied modems come with 2x Ethernet cables and should both be returned with the modem (but don't stress if you can only find the one...).

We're not stressed if a modem is returned with a couple of cables missing, obviously we aren't going to ping someone for that, we simply ask that you return the hardware we sent you if you leave (which I personally don't think is too unreasonable). 🙂
