Has something changes with the broadcast or is it something on my GBPVR box gone wrong??

My system is showing liveTV in a  envelope. I don't think i changed anything, it just started in a envelope a few days ago. The menu screens etc are in full screen.

Found the issue.

Must have knocked F7 on the keyboard. Didn't even know that changes the aspect ratio.Embarassed
