Im hoping someone can tell me how to reprogram my Topfield. Under "factory settings" someone pushed  "reset all data". Now we have lost everything!!
I have done much googling and button pushing but are getting nowhere. My first stumbling block is the only optus satellite available on the list is Optus B3. Does this mean I need to update firmware to get other satellites on the Topfield or can I manually install Optus D1? Maybe I should just go and buy a new decoder.

Hi Guy, You will need to manually install D1, you may find it easier to take it to a tech who can do it rather than try and explain it all here.

Hey not sure what happened when you googled but usually you can find all the info you need to reload your channels on the Topfield website http://www.topfield-newzealand.co.nz/
