I live up in Army Bay in Auckland, I have a UHF aerial that picks up freeview perfectly, no tv in my house can get a solid signal from JuiceTV, we have an older 15inch lcd in the kitchen that has the "best" reception for Juice. Most of the time it is only just picking it up.
Is there any way for me to get a better signal?

Probably not.
Freeview UHF is digital so you either have a perfect picture or nothing.
Juice is analogue so picture is dependant on many factors such as Transmission power, your antenna location, height, direction plus age and type of coax. You could try adjusting the antenna direction but then you may lose freeview.
How old is the antenna and coax?
New antenna plus rg6 coax and masthead amp would probably help but no guarantee. Also try running the antenna cable direct to one TV only with no splitters (which I guess you must have with multple TVs) and check the signal. The splitters may be degrading an already weak signal from Juice.

Since ever, I think. Certainly since 2008 since I have a PDF from then with the frequency listed.

Since 1995.
It was originally on the Sky UHF platform.
Now on CH57

JuiceTV is on UHF only in Auckland.

The UHF antenna is brand new, the booster on the mast was also replaced.
I can not run the tv aerial direct to the tv, as soon as it enters the roof it goes to splitters to give tv signal to every room in the house.
The house was renovated about 11-12 years ago, all new everything run through it.

I suspect the JuiceTV analog circuit is not particularly well en-dowered hence reception issue compared to FreeView|HD which will run on the smell of an oily rag compared to analog.

My Guess is try Sky, sorry not the answer you wanted but probably the only option till things change, like uncapped local content with ISPs or Juice have a move to FreeView (pigs flying)

I just plugged in an old TV and managed to find JuiceTV. I had always assumed it was part of Sky. Never seen it before, even when I could get other UHF channels. It's actually in 16:9! Well it's not much good to me now, why don't they get onboard terrestrial HD already?

I think the whole reason of Juice TV going onto UHF in Auckland was in answer to C4 launching all those years ago

In that case I would say either the splitters are degrading the signal or the analogue signal is just too weak in your location. You could check their Transmitter power output on their licence at the MED website and see how it compares with other Transmitters.
If you are really keen you could try a second antenna with a direct coax to one TV. Might work.
However as analogue will be switched off in Dec next year I guess Juice will be satellite only then unless they get on to the Freeview platform.

Yup, Juice doesnt have great reception in Auckland...

Time to find a new industry!
