Its all good (ie it is what I am doing), have a look at a post back on page 7 by rustygonad which describes how to tune it. Mine was a 10750 though some will be 11300. Look in your advanced settings in sky - should tell you what number you need to enter.

Yes I read that post but it says to use a single LNB, we have a dual LNB. What settings do I use for the 10750 Dual LNB?

Still use the settings in that post (10750). I have a dual lnb as well, tis fine.

ifflanb: Ah but can you use XMLTVNZ instead of getting the EPG over the air?

yup of course though kind of annoying to have to do when its just "right there" with no setup/admin~!! ;)

Hi there, did you guys have to make adjustments to your power settings for your tuner card for preventing it shutting down your sky decoder?

No not here (using hauppauge hvr 3000). If you are having trouble with it though one possible solution is to use a splitter that is not dual power pass... so the power to the lnb is just from the sky box.

That given I'm using a dual power pass splitter without problems at the moment.

Thanks I'm using the same card, can you remember the process youwent through to tune in the card. I am using a splitter so should be ok. Possibly I have some of my config wrong :)

Sorry to go on, but are you saying that if you use XMLTVNZ with the TV Pack you can then watch and schedule Digital HD Freeview tv using the guide?

I have a dual LNB like that and the Sky decoder is configured as you have said but I just followed what rusty said and chose single and set it to 10750 and it works.

Another problem I have is that now, after configured the Sky decoder via the PVR150, the guide has 999 channels listed!
I assume this is because the Sky decoder can handle that many channels.
How do I remove all these extra unneeded channels without having to manually untick them all from the guide settings??

There is no HD support under Media centre.

Are you talking about the beta H.264 dll or is there a different way??

No was referring to the MHEG5 guide being "right there", never bothered to use XMLTVNZ.

Seriously though, is it possible to successfully "edit" such dll files? If not, why not, and if so, why hasnt someone done it?
