Cant find how to report problems. Myself and 1 other had on Freevieview facebook page about Papamoa/Tauranga TVNZ muxes audio out of sync but no reply there. I emailed TVNZ to try and find who to report fault and no reply there.  So here we are 2nd day cant watch TV due to sound being 15 to 20 seconds ahead of picture. TV3 and Maori are okay. This from Kopukairua transmitter. They seem to make it so hard to report a fault. No wonder people look elsewhere

Not sure if there are any Freeview/TVNZ staff in here.

If you PM me your email address with details I will raise with a couple of contacts. It won't be until Monday though as don't have email addresses with me.

Cheers
Grant
