Just to follow this up and post a resolution; I ended up getting a shelf from Enclosure technology Ltd (www.etl.co.nz)...most of the places just stock dynamix shelves, and while they were likely to fit the resellers and distributor alike could not confirm for me 100% that it would fit (it was going into a Dell and not a Dynamix cabinet). So anyhow, ETL came to the rescue - super prompt service, great quality product. Well happy!
