Does anyone know a of New Zealand based domain register who offers some sort of affiliate system specifically on .co.nz and .nz style domains?

Also they need to be competitive.

Can't remember who it was but was offering a percentage on domains that it was trying to sell for $50 odd. I buy my kiwi based domains from 1stdomains great company (less than 24 hours in support) They Charge the usual $21.50 plus gst Which isn't the cheapest but I am pretty sure they are locals. But they won't offer any sort of commission.

There is very little money in domains and tiny margins, so freeparkings is probably about the best you will get, unless you become a registrar or similar yourself. Remember they still have to make a small profit, and also pay a commission to the affiliate. But you would need to provide all the end support if you were to become a registrar or domain reseller etc. For companies selling domains, it is more about the addon services they sell in addition to domain registration, which are higher margin.
