Earlier in the week we had a servers OS implode on itself, we restored the machine from a backup the night before but for some reason one of the users now is having an issue with one of her mapped drives. She has 6 mapped drives in total but one of them her K: drive keeps dropping of each time she shutdown her machine at the end of the day.

So each morning I am having to manually add that drive mapping back so she can access it. Any ideas????

Thanks for your help.

How are you adding the driver? Try net use K: \\server\share /Persistent:Yes
