For some reason, you phone is failing SafetyNet, a Google software check designed to see if the phone is rooted.
Have you unlocked your bootloader? This can cause 1 of SafetyNet's 2 checks to fail, which will give you this problem.
You don't mention what sort of phone it is either.
You can download this free little app, it'll tell you your SafetyNet status. If both don't report as Green (OK) then some apps won't work because they think you're rooted.

There's your problem. The vast majority of 'Android TV' boxes do not run Android-for-TVs, but a weird and certainly unauthorised modification of Android-for-phones without Google's blessing. No blessing from Google = no apps with SafetyNet-enforced DRM, of which 3Now is one.
Solution is to get a box which is officially running Android-for-TVs, like Xiaomi's MiBox or NVIDIA's Shield TV.
