My understanding was the 13 beta had 5g, not 14.

Yeah you might be right, but I cant seem to find a way to enroll into the 13 beta, as the 14 one seems to be the only one available at the moment, although I'm not sure why the 14 wouldn't have it but google is weird. Considering they won't sell to New Zealand.

I might try the android 13 beta by just flashing my phone with  android flash tool

As that seems to be the only way to get it if your not allready on the 13 beta.

I have a 6 Pro running 14 beta 2 and have 5G and VOLTE out of the box with spark and Vodafone. I can also get VoWiFi working with pixel IMS

As 06/06/23, my pixel 7(GVU6C) which running Andriod 14 beta.

Both One NZ and 2 Degrees are showing 5g network and did speed tests. Both carriers can reach download around 90mb and upload around 10 MB.

They are on par with my iPhone 5g with One NZ at the same location, only weird thing is speed test shows its LTE icon instead of 5g.

I'm itching for the June update, it's meant to give P7/P7P 5G on Spark at the least, and a better modem in general I hear.

On my US pixel 6a on skinny, I have not had working 5g on android 13 beta or android 14 beta when I tried both of them on my phone. Although 4G calling did infact work.

It seems like this phone because of the mmwave antenas 5g doesn't work.

I'm also waiting for the june patch as it might get it working, but I'm not so hopeful considering it didn't work on the beta.

Though I did flash the phone to lineageOS so when I do get the update that might prevent it from working.

It's a shame that 5g does not work becasue everything else does work, and this is probley the nicest phone experience I've had but unfortunatly google wont sell them natively here.

Pixel 5 on 2degrees, just got the June 2023 Feature update.
Carrier settings now shows "2degrees" instead of the generic one, but still no 5G , VoLTE, or Wifi calling.

Maybe with Android 14?

No Sign of the Emoji wallpaper on my handset - sadage.

I don't have any of the new Camera things either, or the skip the "enter" for the pin unlock.

What the Hell google?

As usual it seems most of the "feature drop" isn't attached to the actual rollout of the June Patch, it's just a bunch of app updates we have to wait to roll out.

Thus far I don't have Macro Photo, Palm Photo or the new wallpapers etc.

You can sideload the Camera APK if you're keen: https://twitter.com/ArtemR/status/1668706662872682496 - (Please don't reply with some garbage about how sideloading APKs is unsafe (we all know, this is APK Mirror which is trusted))

Give it a few weeks for the APK rollouts and we'll have it.

Ooooh this makes sense, so being in NZ we're likely going to be in the last batch for those lol.
