good stuff Smile you must have had yours sneak out on one of the last flights.  Though my tracking says 'in transit' FedEx have confirmed for me it is grounded at Poyle till the airspace opens back up.

Could be worse DC, they STILL haven't processed my oder yet! Frown I wonder if they are waiting for a flight to come in with more stock so they can do my order!

How long ago did you order? I'm wondering what levels their stock was at when they announced that new orders wouldn't ship until the end of the month. My guess is they were probably already heavily backlogged.

I ordered on the 7th. Others on here ordered on the 5th and have been processed. I'm sure there were a lot of orders around that time, but they said orders up to the 8th are being processed.

I'm guessing the mess that is currently UK air traffic isn't helping them get their orders out either.

After a small delay due to an unhelpful customer service rep this morning my Desire is ready to pick up! Will have it in my hand within a half hour, the last part of the wait is always the most interminable!

Just got home from the Auckland FedEx branch to pick it up. And yes, the customer service has been pretty shocking to say the least.

Nearly fully charged and ready to play!! :)

I got a call today from FedEx to clear my customs charges.  I asked did this mean my parcel made it out before the shutdown?  The lady was not bursting with helpfulness, just said that her information said it is due in tomorrow and will be delivered the next working day.  I'm half-pie hopeful her info is correct but won't be surprised if not.  Guess I'll find out tomorrow when the tracking info updates (or not) from 'In Trasit' Poyle Smile  Just out of interest, does anyone know for sure if Fedex use their owns planes (their website says they have a large fleet, or do they also use airliners?

LOL yeah, I had a REALLY unhelpful lady call me a yesterday for my credit card details. Looks like you will be getting your baby on Monday!! Woohoo!!

I'm still getting the hang of it. There's just so many functions! Not to mention it's a huge step up from my N95 lol Smile

No, it didn't come with a NZ adaptor. I had a spare one lying around at home and just used that Smile
