Tempting to side load it

I just flashed it on by copying it over to the phone and in recovery mode pointing it to the up date, install went pretty quick.
The only thing I was having problems with was the gestures, mainly the flash light what is working fine now after having delays or not coming on until I pushed the power button to get it to the lock screen.
