timmmay: Why do you need two SIMs?

PottsyNZ: At last look both Amaon and Clove had run out of the flip shells.
Don't know why - they're overpriced and offer zero fumble protection. Gonna wait for the casemate offerings personally.

Archer77: Zipdisk, why don't you just buy the 16GB phone that you want, and the blue or red flip case you want, online? Yes you have to import it, but that is nothing new to get the newest electronic goods.
robjg63:Zipdisk:540trickzter: Anyone know if JB Hi-Fi or Harvey Norman are selling flip cases for Moto G separately? If so, how much are they?
As usual with a new phone it could take months for these to come out here..
As I am after Red and Blue ones.
But the phone in my mind is not selling to well, no Advertising and only 2 stores selling them and no 16GB model I have been told here..
Dose any one know if the Imported ones comes with the Flip case.?
Seems that if I need the 16Gb one I have to import it, but with out the case its more or less useless to me and you just cant go down the road and get a case..
How does that mean its not selling well? Could be that they cant get enough stock!
It was only officially released in this part of the world on 22 Feb.
I think Harvey Norman and JB are the only big seller stocking it for now - and both have Australian links.
From the comments that I got today Harvey Norman from another big firm read between the lines they are no selling, No Advertising at all.
Apart from the really big selling models its pretty normal to have to sources cases/protectors from overseas - there are just too many makes/models for most stockists to hold much variety.
Archer77: Granted re warranty issues, however 16GB Moto G and red Motorola flip cases for Moto G are in stock and available right now on Amazon UK. They are there if you want them.

Archer77: Then use a credit card. But I bet you don't use one of those either.
Zipdisk: I have never dealt with Amazon and I dont think I ever will, they are not what I call a Internet shop so I cant bundle the Phone and case together Plus they dont list the Dual Sim phone.

Unsure what you're getting at. Amazon are the original internet shop, they have great customer service, the main downside is delivery time, delivery cost, and warranty issues. Sometimes things you order get shipped from different warehouses, which can make reshipping more expensive. I've bought heaps of stuff from Amazon US, a little from Amazon UK, and I've rarely had a problem - I don't recall any other than slow delivery for one package recently.
The dual SIM phone appears to be Asia Pacific, US/UK get a single SIM version. My fiance has one, it works well.
All comments are my own opinion, and not that of my employer unless explicitly stated.
