According to the sales rep. Samsung under delivered. But who knows whats going on at this point. Ordered mine on the 23rd of Feb initial delivery date was the 5th of March than changed to 8th of March yesterday and now its the 13th of March. Was so close to cancelling order. Beyond fuming.

I feel your pain burtha, same thing with the Galaxy watch release.  After the second delay I did cancel and was left with a empty hollow feeling in my heart where the love for my precious should be.

Ain't that poetic!!...But I get it. I wud've been devastated too if that happened to me. Luckily, I got mine this morning and have been planning to open it since. Will finish work soon and get on the job!!

Maybe Samsung did under delivered - in which case its very irresponsible of them, or its a PBTech thing. When I went in today to get mine, I was initially rejected as they were waiting for an official "approval" from Samsung that they can start releasing the customer orders. They asked me to come tomorrow, after which I pushed a bit, waited for an hour, and got replied that they have the permission from Samsung now and I was good to go. Listening to you, I feel I was lucky!!

I called PBtech and asked if my GF's S10 was available for collection, they checked and said yup its there but she will need to collect it herself... She went in store and they were about to give it to her then told her that they cant and she would have to wait until tomorrow. She was less than impressed.

 

At least she knows they have it in store and she can collect it tomorrow unlike some others in this thread 😞

I was pleasantly surprised to find mine on the doormat this morning!

Still getting used to the changes but overall very nice. I strongly advise new owners to force the software update that is waiting. It transformed the performance of the fingerprint unlock for me.

I also noticed that the ceramic back has more friction on fingertips than glass, although mine is now encased in an Otterbox Strada. I think the frame is a different colour too but it's very subtle.

Judging from some of the info here I guess I may be waiting a while since I dithered so long and didn't order until Tuesday this week. But not changing provider or waiting for a sim so guess there's no real urgency.

Just got a call from Samsung kiosk at Sylvia Park. They've got my phone in stock and I can pick it up tonight (Sylvia closes at 9pm). Will drive down there to pick it up soon. So excited! :D

I would like to know this as well.  Also.... If anyone has received their online order, I'd like to know if they ever emailed you a tracking number.  

 

From what it sounds like, the packages are appearing out of the blue.

Only when I rang this morning and was polite but firm. It was a bit pointless as the SMS arrived all of 30 minutes before the delivery.
