Probably SIM activated... no point if the network doesn't support it.

Well i used the toggle and the phone still works after restarting showing the correct effect when reusing the app

Whether it actually had an effect i'm not sure ... Will let u know if i can be bothered checking that fast dormancy is not present on kernel wakelocks - is that the correct way to find out?

confirmed with tnz over twitter .... AMR-WB not supported,  so no point enabling that on yr S4.

apprently only the s3, s4 and some htc phones have it ... IP5 was thought to, but can't confirm ..

anyways, so yeh, nope.

Anyone know if AMR-WB is enabled on Vodafone?  I see it is listed in the specs advertised by Vodafone, but that doesn't necessarily mean their network supports it ;)

Yeah, we can't get listings for shows but I paired it to the UK sky TV listings and was able to add a pace box to the remote and my TV, too.

The problem with it for me is that I also need my amplifier to be turned on to watch TV and it wasn't obvious as to how to do that with WatchON so I never went back to try again. Until they have the NZ listings in there it's pointless anyway.

I have been testing out SmartRemote at the moment and it's a much better replacement but at USD$9.99 it's not cheap. It's not perfect and certainly isn't a viable replacement for my Harmony Touch. SmartRemote lets you create macros for an action just like Harmony but if something doesn't turn on in the right order, or anything unexpected, then it doesn't have the obvious 'help' function like the Harmony to rectify what might have gone wrong.

Morning all.

Probably going to purchase this today.
What is the difference between the I9505 and I9500?

Thanks.

That has been answered a couple times already.  Different processor, 9505 has LTE, 9500 does not.

A thousand apologies.
I went back the last few pages and lost interest.
