Have you done a hard reset since the JB update? This spoken about all over the inter web, If after a update battery life is crap do a hard reset wipe the handset start again

I had the same issue going from 2.3.x to 4.0.x on a S2 hard reset sorted it out issue also impacted a good mate of mine
