Anyone else notice that sometimes when you go to update apps Google Plan says things like "updated 17 weeks ago"? I'm assuming this means the developer released the update 17 weeks ago, rather than "your phone last got an update 17 weeks ago"?

 

For example BBC News, or KeePass, as per the picture.

 

Not really a big problem, just curious.
