Just bit the bullet and signed up too.

Going to ditch my Adobe CC sub, so that + no rugbypass makes it about the same cost.

Just signed up for this, for winter months.

How long does it take Sky to get in touch to install. Been 3 days since signing up and heard from no one re install.

Mine was installed before I even got their paperwork in the mail. 4 days I think? I think I ordered it on the Friday, got a call on Tuesday, and organised for first thing Wednesday for the install. Bearing in mind the Monday was a local public holiday.

I guess it depends on how busy their installers are at that particular time.

When I did that, they gave me the install date on the call. They even, on that call, gave me the company that I wanted and the guy that I got out to check my concerns re dish location. It went like clockwork. Every point was met as per the call

Just checked, my contract expired last year 14th December. My understanding is the stand down is 3 months, what will my chances be of getting the deal...?

You need to give sky 30 days notice of cancellation, and then stand down for 30 days. Given that no one has said the deal is not available, I'd say you have a good chance of getting the deal again.

Does anybody know if its the address, or the person names which must be different? EG, could somebody else in my household call up, get the deal and have it in their name, but all the bills I pay for obviously.

Thanks!
