Our MySky box has HDi recordings are persistently skipping and locking up during playback. 

This issue presents during playback with the recoding appearing to pause only to start again between 2 & 15 seconds along the playback.

We've tried powering off the box completely, leaving for 30 minutes and restarting but nothing seems to cure this issue.

The HD box is around 50% full but this happens mainly on recordings from HD channels.


The SkyTV Auto-Response suggested answers were totally irrelevant to this issue. The issue is with poor playback performance of HD recorded content and none of the suggestions (mostly relating to remote recording) address this issue.

Any advice please?
