Hi there,

First of all, our existing MySky HDI decoder, has all but had it, it doesn't rewind on most occasions, even on recorded stuff so I want to get that replaced. Preferably with the New Mysky+ Decoder

Now I also, would like to get a second HD decoder for the bedroom, I know that multiroom is $25 extra, but I know it's going to be different, as it's a HD decoder I'm after, not a SD one.

Do they have any self install options available, as I'd prefer Technicians not to come inside the bedrooms and do it. All the cableing is already there, as I recently reconnected our old Sky multiroom gear, splitters and coax for my DM500 for Aurora, and occasional freeview viewing. So I'd prefer them just to put the decoders on the table, and I can hook them up myself.

Thanks

They will replace a faulty decoder for free - you don't own the decoded, Sky does, and they are responsible if it dies.

No, they don't do self installs although if you sweet talk the installer they may agree to let you do it on the day.
