On 11th October I emailed Lightbox about some episodes are missing from Mad Men Series 2.  It has been 11 days now and still not fixed and I begin to wonder why am I still paying my subscription for something I cannot use (well, I want to finish the whole set before moving to another).

To their credit, they are prompt with emails.  However, it does not help if things are not fixed.

Can someone from Lightbox give me a hand?

Thanks!

The Dresden Files was missing the pilot episode right from the get-go and I brought this to their attention. They were quick to pull the series so they could fix it and a week later they advised via Twitter that it was back up. There was a glitch and it vanished just after they announced it was up. That was well over a month ago. Today I noticed that the series is back up again, but still no pilot episode!

I give up.

Have you had any response to the ticket at all? IMO 11 days is taking the piss to do nothing.

They did reply to my emails, quite quickly in fact.  But they just keep saying they are working on it but no timeline was given.

The irony is that Lightbox keep promoting Mad Men in their ads and via Twitter.  So more people will have the same problem as me (i.e. stop watching until all the episodes are loaded.

Very, very annoying.
