Could someone from lightbox Sport aka World Golf Pass please look into this and get it sorted once and for all

As has happened for the third time in the last 4 weeks the incorrect times or dates in your news email and the connection links on the World Golf Pass webb  page. If the links on the webb page are wrong they don't work.

When I ring the World Golf Pass on the 0800 number it is answered as Lightbox Sports so I assume that the folk at
lightbox have something to do with it. Yesterday I pointed out that the email had the correct dates, 6th,7th, 8th but the wrong times 10:30pm which I suspect is US time not NZ. The World Golf Pass webb page links had the incorrect dates 7th,8th, 9th, and I would think the correct times at 4:30pm which would be NZ time.
However the webb links now have the correct dates 6th,7th,8th but the time at 10:30pm.

Fact: The tournament is Called the TOTO JAPAN CLASSIC. The name and sponsor is different on your webb page
If the coverage is to start at 10:30 NZ time then that would be 6:30pm in Japan, so unless they are going to play under lights we are not going to see much golf.

I have rung on the last two occasions that the times or dates have been wrong and they have been rectified.
On this occasion so they have fixed the dates but made a pigs ear of the times.
Please note that when the dates or times are wrong the links Don't work.

I have tried to speak to someone up the tree a bit higher but hit a brick wall so as my sig say's  "I give up".
Would really appreciate someone from light box would rattle a couple of cages.

The name of the tournament TOTO GOLF CLASSIC and the correct logo are now displayed on the links on World Golf Pass, however I still think the start time of the coverage at 10:30 NZ is clearly wrong unless it is delayed coverage, which if it is please say so. The LPGA golf page is now displaying live scoring from the TOTO GOLF CLASSIC which has been underway for a couple of hours now, some needs to pull finger.

Hi there - We only found out at the last minute from the LPGA that we would have coverage, so we were scrambling a little. However all times and dates on the website and email were correct for the event, as it was delayed coverage. Next time we'll try and do a better job of getting that across.
