its 7.50pm Tuesday night and the phone has just rung, "Good Evening Mr xxxxx, it is xxx from Sky"
Me " are you calling to ask me if I am interested in Rialto Channel"
Sky " Why yes""
Me " do you realise that you have now called me 3 times in 2 days and asked me this"
Sky ' No sir Sorry, so you are not wanting Rialto"
Me " If I wanted rialto I would dam well call you and ask for it"
O M G. I ask her if she felt it appropriate to call me this many times, she said no, I said I would like to make a formal complaint - Her answer " I am sorry we dont take complaints we are just the marketing firm" please call sky on 0800759759 to complain.
There was a little bit more of a conversation but it was all around them calling and not taking responsibilty for calling and not wanting to accept my conplaint.
What I find strange I have not heard from sky for nearly a year I phoned last week to cancel the movie channel and now I get inundated with calls.

another good option is if you are able to is to put them on hold, then dial the sky freephone number on your  cellphone.  when you get connected to a person there put your cellphone up to the landline phone and let them talk to each other.

We took advantage of their 'free' Rialto channel for a month and regretted it, as we then spent the next month trying to get our month back despite cancelling it within the one month period. Never again.
