Lost my Razr while doing a jump on my snowboard in Canada and I decided to buy a Blackberry 7100t - for a bargin http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2231938&CatId=1809

I was wondering if I could set up the Blackberry to use GPRS so I can browse the web using the inbuilt browser and use teh Gmail Java applet?

I used to do this a lot on my Razr.....

Afaik you need to subscribe to the "Blackberry Internet Service" with your network operator in order to use the Blackberry's internet capability.

These are Fido's and Rogers' BIS pages:

You have to check with your mobile operator to see if your plan allows this. In some places only the Enterprise plans can do it. In New Zealand all plans are allowed to now, but it wasn't the case before...

You mean Opera Mini?

Anyway, BlackBerry devices use a network proxy, it's different from your Motorola, Symbian or Windows Mobile device.
