Hi i have a Telecom Harrier and it always it thinks it is charging and when the battery goes dead it forgets everything ive saved to it and i need so kind of help?

Usually this sort of quirk has something to do with the phone coming into contact with liquid, Sanyo phones do it all the time.

If the phone is liquid damaged, then it is likely to be BER (Beyond Economical Repair).
