Hi
I wonder if anyone can advise where I can locally obtain a triwing tool to fit a Sanyo. I have a screwdriver kit with triwing bits but they are huge compared to this - it is very fine but I have no idea what size. I see a few for sale on ebay but would rather source locally if possible. I have broken phone that I want to explore.

Try a specialist store that deals in hign quality tools like "Techni-Tool"
The mini tri-wing screws are also used in Panasonic so maybe try there, I'm going to ask about this next week so i'll get back to you.

A word of advice, Do not try and subsitute it, I destroyed a 7400 when I tried.

Would be good if I could my hands on one. I have tried DSE & Jaycar. I have googled but keep going back to o'seas suppliers, it is not important so not really searching too hard but starting to think it will be more good luck than good management if I do find one. I wonder if MFR would give me a contact for a supplier?

Doubt it, MFR are not authorised repair agents for Sanyo phones.
