I have the cable and downloaded the Curitel Pc Sync software and drivers. My pc is seeing and connecting to my phone no problem, but whenever I try to " upload to phone" I get an error message that says " Cant get phone's current media info". I have seen others with this problem but dont see any answers. I have an audiovox 8900 from US Cellular. Any Help would be greatly appreciated!
Hello, I have seen a lot of questions on this one also but I can't even find where to download the software for it. Can you tell me where to download the software then maybe I can help you with your problem too.
OK I have the software and it will download the phonebook just like yours does but not the pictures. It says "Cannot get phone's current media info" just like yours. I have tried everything I know so far and I am getting nowhere either. Anyone out there know what we need to do?
Ok Im still stuck....but just a little tip for you while you are messing around with the pc sync software...DONT push the button at the top that says PC TO PHONE....because it ERASES your contact list....yeah that was a pain! Just a word of caution....and please anyone help!
Have you tried www.howardforums.com ? There are a number of threads there with issues relating to the Audiovox CDM 8900, the US version of the NZ model (Hyundai TX95c). You might have problems trying to use the NZ software for the US phones. Hope this helps.

I see no program for syncing the phone.
