Ok this is not a major issue, but my brother's 6265 has died, he can receive calls but that's it, and he can only answer them by sliding the phone open, so we think that very few buttons are working anyway.

And the screen is dead. He's bought himself an N95 and we're trying to get the contact details from his old phone, can someone who owns a 6265 please tell me the exact key codes to get to bluetooth? He has it in his shortcuts but cannot remember exactly.
I have a 6275 and the menus are similar but not identical.
So if someone could reply with something like
Menu
down three
across two
Enter
down one
enter etc until bluetooth is activated.

If all else fails I have an old phone that telecom can put the data on, but I thought I'd try here first.

Cheers Cam

A Telecom dealer should be able to transfer contacts from one phone to another...

I know, but Telecom seems reluctant to transfer the data onto a GSM phone...

You may find that they do not own the equipment to do the transfers, and a condition of being allowed to have the system is that they do not transfer onto competitors handsets. (Perfectly reasonable of course)

True, but we don't have a cable to connect the 6265. If we can get the bluetooth on however...
