Can anyone help me with the following?

The standby time is devistating low (1 1/2 days). I think this is due to gprs ON.
Can I disable gprs without deleting settings?

Volume with normal usage and of earpeaces is pourly. Settings are LOUD but that helps little.
Is there another option?

Regards, Paul

GPRS is only used if you initiate a connection - or a program. For example, make sure ActiveSync is not configured to automatic connnection (check it for manual connection only). Also check that your Pocket Inbox configuration does not have a connection every 'x' minutes set.

Regarding the sound volume, make sure the earpiece volume is set by using the slider on the left side during the call. I don't use my i-mate Pocket PC Phone Edition for calls, only for data, so didn't notice anything with it.
