Hi there,

just want to know if anyone out there knows of a phone bending. I have a Huawei Nova 3i that I recently took into Noel Leeming store. The top 20-30% of the phone has bent. NO scratches/ stress factures on the front screen and nothing on the back case. So no evidence that I have tampered with the phone. And I did nothing to phone either.

The phone has been sent to a repair shop. THEIR VERDICT.. there is a physical  issue. DUH!!!! I have tried to tell them that I have not done anything to phone. The phone is still under warranty. However, they are adamant that this is my fault.

Any ideas out there? Anyone hear of a phone bending?
