hey
i have a gtran cellfone and iv downloaded background pictures but i dont no how 2 actually put them onto my background could sum1 please help me out???

Yep, what you need to do is go into Settings, Image, Web Image: select the image, convert it, and then when you go into the Idle selection screen, you will see it in the "my Images" section

yeah ive tried that but it sez web image empty, but iv downloaded 3 images maybe there is something i nned 2 do before it puts it into my image list ??

Are you sure that you SAVED the images? You need to do that first...
